  5. The following exercise on triceps. It is very good to combine this exercise with exercise for feet (training of back part of a hip). We take away two hands back at the same time with one foot. We don't put a foot back, we stand on one. Repeat 20 times. Carry out at first with one foot, then with another. For the maximum effect try to squeeze during performance of exercise muscles of buttocks.
  6. Feet on width of shoulders. Lower the case approximately by 80 degrees, keep back equal. Raise to level of shoulders the straightened hands. Repeat 20 times.
  7. Combine load of hands and feet. Feet on width of shoulders, approximately on 45 degrees are bent in knees. Biceps and humeral joints work. Rise standing and at the same time with it raise hands to level of the person.
  8. Breast muscles, shoulders, biceps work. Raise hands to level of shoulders and bend in elbows, forming thereby corner in 90 degrees. Alternately connect hands in the face of and lift, straightening, over the head. Repeat 20 times.
